We gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of original purchase for a store credit only. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. You may return the item via the shipping method of your choice (please note your tracking information, as we will NOT be responsible for lost packages). We will put a credit on file for your next purchase (must use credit within 90 days of receiving it).
- Clothing must still have tags attached, and be unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup. . If clothing shows any signs of being worn, we cannot accept them.
- Please take caution when opening packages, and do NOT open them with scissors. If clothing is accidentally cut with scissors when opening packages, we cannot accept them back.
- All sale/clearance items, jewelry, scarves, leggings, socks/leg warmers, and gift certificates are Final Sale and CANNOT be exchanged.
- Offers used on original orders are subject to adjustments on partial exchanges. If you received a discount on a specified subtotal, and your total after exchange(s) no longer meets that specified amount, the discount will be subtracted from your exchange total. For example, when a $10.00 off of $50.00 coupon was applied to original order and $30.00 of merchandise was exchanged, you will receive credits on file $30.00 - $10.00 (for coupon)=$20.00, since your total no longer comes to $50.00.
